FTC team 23574
We are a community-based FIRST Tech Challenge team based in AvL Technologies in Woodfin, NC made up of 8 passionate middle and high school students. We were established in 2023, and each year our team designs, builds, and programs a fully functional robot to complete certain tasks, and compete against other robots across the state.
What is the FIRST Tech Challenge?
FIRST ® Tech Challenge students work together with their mentors to design and build robots to compete in a dynamic and exciting challenge released every September.
Teams program classroom-scale robots to follow autonomous commands before student drivers take control in two-on-two matches.
On and off the field, students develop STEM skills, engage in community outreach, practice engineering innovation, and build confidence to help them succeed.
